Call for Applications: Master of Arts (MA) Program in Transformational Leadership
Academic Year 2024/2025
National Transformational Leadership Institute (NTLI), University of Juba

The Graduate College, University of Juba, in collaboration with the National Transformational Leadership Institute (NTLI), is pleased to announce the launch of a two-year Master of Arts (MA) program in Transformational Leadership for the academic year 2024/2025.

This specialized graduate program offers three distinct areas of focus:

1. Transformational Leadership and Governance
2. Conflict Management and Peacebuilding
3. Gender Studies and Women’s Rights

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in any discipline from the University of Juba or any recognized institution of higher learning.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

📝 Application Process

• Application forms are available at the Registrar’s Office, Graduate College, during working hours, starting Monday, 27th November 2023.
• Applicants must submit authenticated copies of foreign certificates and transcripts.
• Include copies of Nationality ID or Passport, and two (2) recent passport-sized photographs.
• Original certificates and transcripts will be required at the time of registration.
